CONGREGATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Note of Thanks:
Rev. & Mrs. De Vries would like to extend their sincere thanks to all who helped with the moving.  (especially those who drove out to Wingham), and to all who have supported them in recent weeks with letters of encouragement and in their prayers.  May our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep continue to bless us that we may soon be knit closely together as flock and undershepherd.

The Kalamazoo congregation would like to welcome Rev. & Dawn DeVries into our church.  We give God thanksgiving for He has given unto us another undershepherd.  Our prayers are that God makes his services a blessing to everyone to whom he comes in contact.  May he be a faithful Ambassador of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Rev. DeVries’ new e-mail address -revmjdevries@gmail.com

All are invited to stay after this morning’s service for a luncheon welcoming Rev. & Dawn into our congregation.

We extend birthday greetings this week to John Vlietstra on the 30th and Elaine Triezenberg on the 31st.

Plans are being made for an updated church directory.  Please check your information for the directory for any corrections or additions.  The sheet is located on the bulletin stand.  Please mark “OK” when completed.

This past Monday, the Lord suddenly delivered Pastor Rinat Fazliev to glory.  Pastor Fazliev led a small house-church in Uzbekistan and has been in contact with the PRC through the Contact Committee for several years.  He had been sick for some time, having been afflicted with a severe kidney disease.  Pastor Dilshod Abdulaev, the other PRC contact in Uzbekistan, conducted the funeral.  Rinat is survived by his wife, Galina, and his two children, Mark (11 years old) and Yana (7 years old).  Let us remember the Fazliev family and the Uzbek churches before our heavenly Father's throne, and may our gracious God give them the hope of resurrection and life in Him who is the Resurrection and the Life.
