- Rev. & Dawn De Vries would like to extend their sincere thanks to our church family for the many cards and expressions of sympathy in the loss of Rev.'s grandfather. We were especially touched by the beautiful flowers from the congregation at the funeral. "And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it...” I Cor. 12:26a.
- We would like to thank the congregation for the meals, gifts, and prayers since the birth of Caitlyn. We ask that you keep us in your prayers as we begin to deal with her health issues. “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.” Psalm 139: 14-16 John & Cheryl Vlietstra and family.
- The Young People's Society is planning to have a talent-dessert evening sometime this spring. If you would be willing to take a part in the program please contact one of our young people.
- The young people are also planning a garage sale in the spring - to be held at the parsonage. All donations from the congregation will be greatly appreciated. Donated items can be dropped off anytime at the parsonage garage.

The purpose of the internship is “To give the student practical experience in all aspects of the work of a minister of the Word: preaching, catechism, pastoral care, leading Bible studies, evangelism, consistory meetings, and observer at Classis.” The internship program has proved to be an invaluable part of the preparation of our seminary students for the ministry of the gospel, and we trust that this will be so for Mr. Guichelaar (and his wife, Cherith) as well.
